Rainbow art

We have been asked to paint a canvas for the Myle Cross Centre. We have been learning about colour mixing and finding out what happens when we add white to a colour. We decided to use our colour mixing experiments to paint our canvas. We have started to paint a rainbow, mixing our colours and adding white to create different shades. Mrs Cook can't believe how carefully we are painting the stripes. She is very, very proud of us. We are half way through our rainbow and we can't wait to see what it looks like when it is finished. If we carry on working together so carefully Mrs Cook won't want to give our painting away!
