Physical Phonics!

This week we decided to get physical in phonics and make the most of the lovely weather and the outdoor space.  Some of the children were finding it very difficult to remember the tricky digraphs and even trickier trigraphs.  We made up new physical actions to match the graphemes.  
Look at our Ch Ch Chuffing trains.

This really helped our kinaesthetic learners and was lots of fun.  We played lots of different games and had lots of phonic fun!

    Love this! Emily's speech has improved so much since she joined foundation!! Thank you!! (is mills camera shy?? I never see pics of her!! Lol)
